Home Based/remote and high commission-only – SALES EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Main duties consist of:

• lead nurturing
• matching properties
• closing deals
• cold-calling/finding listings in spare time.

Target of 5 sales per agent in month one, then 5 sales per week per team. This can be done alone or as a team.

Overview:

The role is fully remote, and flexible with each part of a sale having it’s own commission, so you can pick and choose how much contribution you’ll make.

Manager positions are available for those with the experience to train and manage a team.

Area can vary so you must be able to make unlimited calls to U.K. phone numbers and ideally have a UK number if you plan to travel.

Although remote and flexible, the ideal candidate will have a schedule and be punctual and consistent with calls and follow ups in order to meet targets. There is a 2 week probation period.

You will be paid a recurring commission for completed deals. Salaries or bonus commissions are available to agents with proven results.
